Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding
Assist in the execution of performance appraisal process
Support in the implementation of employee engagement
Maintain HR databases and prepare reports on HR metrics
Job Specifications:

• Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Human Resources
• Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience
• Good understanding of HR practices
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
