Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection: Assist in posting job vacancies.
Screen resumes and applications.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Check references and conduct background checks.
Assist with extending job offers.
Onboarding and Orientation: Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding.
Ensure completion of necessary paperwork and documentation.
Provide orientation on company policies and culture.
Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns.
Assist in resolving workplace conflicts.
Maintain positive employee relations.
Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process.
Monitor employee performance.
Assist in employee development plans.
Benefits Administration: Assist in administering employee benefits programs.
Handle benefits-related inquiries and issues.
Ensure benefits compliance and reporting.
HR Policies and Compliance: Help develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain employee records.
Training and Development: Identify training needs within the organization.
Coordinate and deliver training sessions.
Assist in employee development programs.
Payroll and Compensation: Support payroll processing.
Assist with salary and compensation reviews.
Keep track of industry salary benchmarks.
HR Reporting and Data Analysis :Generate HR reports and analytics.
Maintain HR data and records.
Employee Engagement and Retention: Implement strategies to improve employee engagement.
Identify and address factors contributing to turnover.
Health and Safety: Promote workplace safety and compliance.
Handle workplace injury reporting and prevention.
HR Administration: Manage administrative tasks such as filing and documentation.
Utilize HR software and systems effectively.
Legal and Ethical Compliance: Stay updated on employment laws and regulations.
Ensure HR practices are ethical and compliant.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations of Pakistan.
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
