International Call Center Executive

Location: Park Avenue, 1st Floor, Suite 111, Block 6, P.E.C.H.S, Sharah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 PKR + Commissions
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM (Weekends Off)

Outwerk Solutions is a dynamic and fast-growing company, specializing in providing top-notch customer support services. We are looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our team of Call Center Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain a high level of English-speaking proficiency for effective communication with international clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting relevant products and services.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry during customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall performance.
- Exceptional English-speaking and communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts (7 PM - 4 AM) consistently.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Previous call center or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Target-driven and able to work under pressure.
- Competitive salary with performance-based commissions.
- Weekends off.
