Overview of the organization:
Established in 2016, VBF stands as a registered non-profit organization formed by a group of young social workers to address and fill the existing gaps in the education system, lack of professional development opportunities, and gender discrimination. VBF initially started its journey with micro-level community projects to raise awareness and increase youth participation through volunteer activities in the sphere of education, culture, and life skills. Later to expand its scope of work, VBF increased its focus on non-formal education, pedagogical skills, professional development, and gender empowerment to facilitate transformational change among vulnerable communities and contribute towards the provision of basic human rights. VBF with its mandate to build an equitable society with access to education and enhancement opportunities has evolved since its inception into a goal-oriented organization with an emphasis on research, communication development, advocacy, community outreach, and capacity-building programs to empower women, youth, and professionals.

Vision Building Future (VBF) invites you to submit a quotation for the supply of the following items. We kindly request that you provide your most competitive prices and details regarding terms and conditions, delivery schedule, and payment terms. The quotation should include unit prices and total costs.
Scope of Work
We are seeking a supplier for the provision of the following items as listed below.
Please take note of the following requirements and conditions:

• Please specify your payment terms. Our standard payment term is 15 days after the delivery of goods.

Quotations will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Price competitiveness
• Compliance with specifications
• Delivery timeline
• Payment terms

• Submission of Quotation: 22nd September 2024
• Review: 23 -25th September 2024
• Contract Award:27th -30th September 2024
• Delivery of goods: 10th October

Companies are requested to submit financial proposals via email at shabbirvbf@gmail.com or via courier service at our office 13, Floor 5th, Gulberg Trade Centre, Gulberg Greens, Islamabad till the 22nd September 2024. It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach on or before the deadline. Please note that by hand submissions will not be accepted.
