Job Description:
As an IT Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and software systems. Additionally, you will provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot system and network issues, and contribute to the implementation of new technologies.
Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of proven working experience as an IT officer or relevant role.
• Excellent knowledge of ISSABEL & Elastix, DNS Server Configuration & Troubleshooting, Basic Hardware & Software, Microtech, SIP phone & their configuration, Basic CCTV security Experience. Have knowledge of CISCO.

Responsibilities:

• Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them.
• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Provide technical support to staff or clients, either face-to-face or over the phone.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Replace parts as required.
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
• Support the roll-out of new applications.
• Set up new users' accounts and profiles and address password issues.
• Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.
• Work continuously on a task until completion or referral to third parties if appropriate.
• Prioritize and manage multiple open cases at one time.
• Rapidly establish good working relationships with customers and other professionals, such as software developers.
• Test and evaluate new technology.
• Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
