· Installation and troubleshoot for variety of operating systems, application software, drivers, updating, printer, scanner, sharing, etc.
· Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of desktop, workstation, server, laptop, DVRs
· Perform system upgrades and patches to keep systems up-to-date and secure.
· Handles technical issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting and resolving issues related to computers, including operating systems, applications, Network Devices.
· Server Installation, Configuration and RAID controlling
· Configuration Wireless routing.
· Cameras, NAS, POE switches, router, and IT related devices.
· Outlook Configuration
Requirement:
Age: 22 to 30
Education: Intermediate or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; certifications
Experience: 1+ years in IT support or a similar role.
· Skills:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting both hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with operating systems, network devices, and RAID management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Basic plus Fuel allowance will be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month
