Job description
HR Intern, you will provide support to the Human Resources department in various administrative tasks and gain valuable hands-on experience in HR operations. You will assist with recruitment and onboarding activities, employee record management, HR documentation, and general HR support. This internship offers an opportunity to learn about HR processes, policies, and best practices while working closely with HR professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of required paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and databases, including personnel files, leave records, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist with HR documentation such as employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, and policy manuals.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Coordinate employee training programs, workshops, and events.
  • Assist in organizing and updating HR-related reports, metrics, and data.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs, and employee communications.
  • Help with various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Create engaging and relevant content (graphics, videos, articles) aligned with marketing goals to attract and retain the target audience.
  • Plan and execute strategies to increase followers across social media platforms by optimizing posts, running campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics
Requirements:
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a team.
