About You:
We are looking for a Junior HR Officer to join our team! As an HR, you will have to assist our HR department in day-to-day operations. You will assist the HR Department in various tasks including administration tasks, inventory management, petty cash management, employee training and development, and culture management.
You will also assist in updating our employee records with new hire information, screen resumes, and schedule interviews. You will assist in organizing and planning our HR approaches, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities Include:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Welcome employees, visitors, and clients, providing a positive and professional first point of contact.
  • Manage petty cash expenditures, including disbursements, reimbursements, and accurate record-keeping.
  • Ensure compliance with petty cash policies and maintain proper documentation for all transactions.
  • Support in organizing meetings, appointments, and HR-related events, coordinating logistics as required.
  • Assist employees in completing basic HR-related paperwork
  • Maintain inventory and update records.
  • Screen resumes and application forms.
  • Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1-year experience in a similar administrative or HR support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, maintaining professionalism in interactions.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage tasks, prioritize work, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Ability to greet and interact with people warmly, displaying a professional and helpful demeanor.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in handling petty cash, documentation, and administrative tasks accurately.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office software.
