Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Junior Sales Analyst to join our Marketing Department. The primary focus of this role will be to gather customer feedback on product deliveries, assess customer satisfaction, and coordinate with branch managers to collect testimonials for marketing purposes. This position is crucial in ensuring a high-quality customer experience and supporting Qist Bazaar's mission of uplifting Pakistan's masses through affordable installments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Feedback & Support:
Make outbound calls to customers to confirm on-time product deliveries.
Gather customer reviews and feedback on their overall experience.
Document customer concerns and escalate issues to the relevant departments for resolution.
Ensure customer feedback is recorded accurately in the CRM system.
2. Testimonial Collection:
Collaborate with branch managers to identify satisfied customers for testimonials.
Coordinate with the marketing team to convert customer testimonials into engaging content for social media and other platforms.
Maintain a database of customer testimonials for future marketing campaigns.
3. Reporting & Analysis:
Compile and analyze customer feedback data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Marketing Manager on customer satisfaction metrics.
Provide insights to the marketing team for strategic planning.
4. Cross-Departmental Coordination:
Act as a liaison between the Marketing Department and branches for smooth communication.
Assist the Marketing Department in various tasks as needed, including event support and market research.
Key Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or data analysis (fresh graduates with relevant skills may also apply).
Skills:
Strong communication skills in both Urdu and English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and CRM software.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
