Job Summary:
Qist Bazaar, Pakistan’s leading e-commerce platform specializing in providing products on affordable monthly installments, is seeking an experienced SEO Asst Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organic growth, improving search engine rankings, and SEO/AEO strategies to increase brand visibility, lead generation, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy & Implementation:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search performance across all digital platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and link-building activities.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Regularly audit and optimize website content, meta descriptions, tags, and URLs for better SEO ranking.
- Work closely with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in all content.
- Content & Social Media Management:
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create SEO-optimized blog posts, product pages, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and grow Qist Bazaar’s online presence through social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In.
- Implement strategies for customer engagement and retention through social media.
- Technical SEO & Website Optimization:
- Work with web developers to ensure the website is SEO-friendly and optimized for speed and mobile usability.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and indexing issues.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Regularly track, analyze, and report on SEO and digital marketing performance metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to improve strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in SEO management and digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Experience in managing PPC campaigns, social media advertising, and content marketing.
- Excellent understanding of website optimization, technical SEO, and search engine algorithms.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in the e-commerce industry.
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Certification in Google Ads and Analytics.
