A rapidly growing Digital Marketing Agency in Wahdat Road Lahore requires the services of Key Account Executive with minimum two years of requisite experience for their office in Wahdat Road, Lahore. Role Overview:
As a Key Accounts Executive, a candidate will be the primary point of contact for our top clients, responsible for managing and nurturing these critical relationships. He will work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of digital marketing campaigns that meet or exceed client expectations. His role is pivotal in driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Act as the primary contact for all client communication and inquiries.
Strategy Development
Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored digital marketing strategies that align with their objectives.
Campaign Oversight
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels with the collaboration of performance marketing team, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Performance Reporting
Provide clients with regular updates on campaign performance, including detailed reports and analysis of key metrics.
Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the course of a campaign, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and technical teams, to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
