Responsibilities:

• Manage Overall Kitchen: Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth functioning and efficiency.
• Baking: Prepare cookies according to Crumble's standards and recipes, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Washing Dishes: Handle dishwashing and kitchen equipment cleaning to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the kitchen and shop area are clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Adhere to Hygiene Standards: Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols during all baking processes to ensure food safety.
• Stock Receiving: Receive and manage stock deliveries, verifying accuracy and proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
• Collaborative Work: Coordinate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow and uphold quality control.

Requirements:

• Atleast middle or Matric
• Previous baking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
