Responsibilities:
- Manage Overall Kitchen: Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth functioning and efficiency.
- Baking: Prepare cookies according to Crumble's standards and recipes, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Washing Dishes: Handle dishwashing and kitchen equipment cleaning to maintain a sanitary environment.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the kitchen and shop area are clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Adhere to Hygiene Standards: Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols during all baking processes to ensure food safety.
- Stock Receiving: Receive and manage stock deliveries, verifying accuracy and proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborative Work: Coordinate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow and uphold quality control.
- Atleast middle or Matric
- Previous baking experience preferred.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Locations:
F-11 Markaz, Islamabad
Salary: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
