Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Odoo-based solutions.
- Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of Odoo projects, from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Customize Odoo modules, workflows, and integrations based on client needs.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical direction and support.
- Ensure the scalability and security of Odoo implementations.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and client communications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Odoo performance, functionality, and integrations.
- Ensure proper documentation of all technical and project-related processes.
- Proven Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Odoo development experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or project management role.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Python, Java Script, Postgre SQL, XML, and Odoo framework.
- Project Management: Solid experience in managing Odoo projects, with expertise in Agile methodologies.
- Customization: Expertise in customizing and extending Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, etc.).
- API Integration: Hands-on experience in integrating third-party APIs with Odoo systems.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead a team of developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
