Sunridge Foods, one of the leading FMCG sector operate across Pakistan. We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our logistics operations in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation, distribution, and warehousing for our FMCG clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a deep understanding of FMCG logistics operations.
Location: Port Qasim, Karachi.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with our FMCG clients, understanding their unique needs and aligning our logistics solutions to meet their requirements.
• Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies for FMCG clients, ensuring that our services are tailored to their specific business goals and objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee transportation operations, including route optimization, carrier selection, and real-time tracking, to ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiency.
• Optimize warehousing facilities and inventory management to meet FMCG clients' needs for storage, order fulfillment, and inventory turnover while maintaining high quality standards.
• Implement cost-effective logistics solutions, monitor budgets, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring consistent, reliable deliveries.
• Ensure that all logistics activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements, and proactively address any compliance issues.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain and enhance quality and safety standards in logistics operations.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Utilize data and analytics to assess logistics performance, track key performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: Extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a minimum of 07 to 08 years in a leadership role, preferably within the Logistic sector.

• Deep knowledge of FMCG logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Strong leadership experience with a proven track record of team development and management.
