Position Overview:
PPF is currently seeking a committed and proactive individual to join our team as a Logistics Officer based in Karachi. The Logistics Officer will be responsible for managing logistical operations to support the effective implementation of PPF's programs and initiatives across Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate logistics for workshops, seminars, and advocacy campaigns organized by PPF, ensuring timely delivery of resources.
• Oversee the procurement of supplies, equipment, and services required for PPF's projects, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to obtain quotes, and monitor delivery schedules.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate the distribution of materials to project sites.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics, procurement, or operations management, preferably within the NGO sector.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
