Are you passionate about crafting compelling marketing strategies and driving brand growth in a dynamic industry? We are seeking a talented Manager Marketing to join our team at Enza Home.
Position Overview: As Manager Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team's efforts to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth. You will assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and contributing to strategic planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Assist in conducting market research and analyzing consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
- Coordinate marketing collateral production and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in managing relationships with external agencies and vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Must be able to make marketing plans/strategies, conduct R & D, and organize PR events.
- Must be aware of various digital media trends, platforms and advertising.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
