Responsibilities:
- Marketing project management: Coordinate and manage all aspects of marketing projects, including campaign launches, content creation, website updates, product launches, events, and other promotional activities. Ensure project milestones are achieved, and deliverables are completed on time
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams at SMA- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, design, content, development, and external vendors or agencies to execute marketing projects. Foster effective communication, manage expectations, and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Should have the expertise in any one of the areas below and willingness and ability to scale up in other areas.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, target audience, and industry trends. Identify key marketing channels and tactics to maximize reach and impact.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing initiatives. Develop brand guidelines and oversee brand implementation in marketing materials, campaigns, and communications.
- Lead Generation: Drive lead generation efforts through various marketing channels, including digital marketing campaigns, content marketing, events, webinars, and partner co-marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment and optimize lead conversion.
- Content Marketing: Develop and execute content marketing strategies to engage target audiences and establish thought leadership. Create compelling content such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, videos, and social media content.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising campaigns. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and leverage them to drive results.
- Event Management: Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer events to drive brand awareness and generate leads. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external vendors for successful event execution.
- Partner Marketing: Work closely with Service Now and other strategic partners to develop joint marketing programs and co-marketing initiatives. Drive partner enablement through effective marketing collateral and campaigns.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize performance.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or IT services industry.
- Proven experience as a marketing project manager or in a similar role, demonstrating successful management of marketing projects from inception to completion.
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, organization, execution, and monitoring.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics across various channels and platforms.
- Proficiency in project management software, collaboration tools, and marketing analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of the Service Now platform and ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, content marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: Rs70,000.00 per month
