Responsibilities

• deal with patients, professionals and non-professionals visitors and others, over the phone and in person
• arrange patient appointments, make x-ray and medical records available
• guide patients at the time of registration as per their needs
• carry-out all functions of cashier for the department
• sell crutches, walkers, medical supplies and organize in/outpatient billing activities
• coordinate activities regarding staff attendance, preventive maintenance, payroll, infection control, housekeeping, laundry etc
• order supplies and maintain inventory
• carry-out all secretarial work for the department.
