Travelhouse UK, one of the UK's leading travel agencies, seeks Filipino, Ghanaian & Zimbabwean speaking individuals to join our Islamabad-based team. This role is ideal for those who are settled in Pakistan and eager to build a career with a dynamic British travel giant specializing in Worldwide Flights, Umrah, Hajj, and Holiday Packages.
Responsibilities and Duties:

• Respond to inbound calls as part of the call center of a British travel company.
• Assist travelers from the UK looking to book flights, holidays, and Hajj & Umrah packages worldwide.
• Coordinate with airlines and tour operators to handle reservations from travel-based promotions.
• Ensure all reservations comply with IATA, ATOL, and ABTA regulations.
• Quote, book, and assist prospective clients with their travel needs.

Preferred Software Knowledge:

• GDS Systems: Worldspan, Galileo, Amadeus
• Experience with holiday packages and ground handler negotiation is a plus.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills in both English and one or more target languages
• Proficiency in GDS systems
• Strong sales acumen and persuasive abilities

Shift Timings:

• 2 PM to 11 PM
• 3 PM to 12 AM
