Multilingual Travel Consultants – British Travel Giant (Islamabad, Pakistan)

Travelhouse UK, one of the UK's leading travel agencies, seeks Filipino, Ghanaian & Zimbabwean speaking individuals to join our Islamabad-based team. This role is ideal for those who are settled in Pakistan and eager to build a career with a dynamic British travel giant specializing in Worldwide Flights, Umrah, Hajj, and Holiday Packages.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Respond to inbound calls as part of the call center of a British travel company.
- Assist travelers from the UK looking to book flights, holidays, and Hajj & Umrah packages worldwide.
- Coordinate with airlines and tour operators to handle reservations from travel-based promotions.
- Ensure all reservations comply with IATA, ATOL, and ABTA regulations.
- Quote, book, and assist prospective clients with their travel needs.
- GDS Systems: Worldspan, Galileo, Amadeus
- Experience with holiday packages and ground handler negotiation is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and one or more target languages
- Proficiency in GDS systems
- Strong sales acumen and persuasive abilities
- 2 PM to 11 PM
- 3 PM to 12 AM
Age Requirement: Not above 30 years
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs 75,000.00 - Rs 125,000.00 per month
Language Requirement:
- English (Required)
- Fluency in Filipino, Akan, Ewe, Shona, Afrikaans, Zulu (Preferred)
