We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and a deep understanding of the FMCG market.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve national sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve their individual and team goals.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners all over cities of Pakistan.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and drive sales initiatives.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, including sales forecasts, budgets, and performance analysis.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Master in Business Administration, Sales / Marketing , or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel nationally as required.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
