Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations, including freight coordination, shipment scheduling, and tracking.
• Coordinate with freight carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments.
• Handle customs clearance documentation and processes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Optimize operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide customer service support by resolving operational issues and responding to customer inquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of shipment details, inventory, and performance metrics.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies and solutions to improve service levels and profitability.
• Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related operational role.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs clearance, and international shipping regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
