Requirements:
· Oversee the daily operations of the department, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
· Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
· Manage the operational budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
· Prepare Weekly & Monthly Report
· Experienced of handling day-to-day operations of the software development and support teams in US market.
· Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Education: BBA / MBA or equivalent
Location: Main Boulevard, Gulberg – Lahore.

Monday – Friday
Salary: Rs 120,000 – Rs 130,000 per month + Quarterly Commission after 3-month Probation
