Job Summary:
Tres Tech Global is seeking motivated and results-driven Calling Agents to join our outbound call center team located in Lahore, Pakistan. The successful candidates will be responsible for reaching out to cold leads, promoting UAE telecom services, and closing sales. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from cold lead lists.
- Present and promote UAE telecom services in a clear, professional manner.
- Understand and assess customer needs, offering solutions that best match those needs.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections efficiently, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Work collaboratively with the team to enhance overall performance.
- Stay informed about telecom service offerings and industry trends.
- Prior experience in outbound sales or telemarketing (telecom experience is a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong ability to close sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Competitive salary of 35,000 - 50,000 PKR + performance-based commission.
