Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented PPC Specialist to join our team and help increase our leads. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven strategies and a strong understanding of PPC.
PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook.
• Ad Copywriting: Write compelling ad copy and create high-converting landing pages to maximize ROI on paid search and display ads.
• Budget Management: Allocate and monitor PPC budgets, ensuring efficient spending and maximum return on investment (ROI).
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Keyword Bid Strategy: Monitor and adjust keyword bids to optimize ad positions and reduce cost-per-click (CPC) while maintaining lead quality.
• PPC Analytics & Reporting: Use platforms like Google Ads and analytics tools to track campaign metrics (CPC, CTR, conversion rate) and provide regular performance reports.

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills:

• Existing Portfolio or Past Work creating and maintaining effective PPC campaigns.
• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team, including close collaboration with a Canadian team.
• Capable of performing under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Proficient in multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to work overtime and adapt to irregular hours as needed.
• Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot issues that arise with PPC campaigns,.
• Extremely strong understanding of Google 's and Facebook's business systems.
