Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, analytics, and the educational consultancy industry. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive student enrollments and increase brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Develop, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and more, to drive student inquiries and applications.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (CLTV) to ensure optimal campaign performance.
A/B Testing & Optimization:
Conduct regular A/B tests on creative, messaging, and targeting to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
Audience Targeting:
Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach prospective students effectively. Segment audiences based on demographics, behavior, and interests to tailor messaging and improve engagement.
Budget Management:
Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently across various channels. Track spending and adjust strategies to meet financial goals while maximizing campaign performance.
Collaborative Efforts:
Work closely with the content, design, and social media teams to create compelling and effective marketing materials that align with our brand voice and resonate with our target audience.
Market Research:
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Reporting & Insights:
Provide regular reports to management on campaign performance, key insights, and actionable recommendations. Translate complex data into easy-to-understand summaries.
Qualifications:

• - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• - Proven experience (3+ years) in performance marketing, preferably within the education or consultancy sector.
• - Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linked In, and email marketing tools.
• - Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
• - Excellent understanding of data-driven marketing strategies and metrics.
• - Experience in managing budgets and optimizing ROI.
• - Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
