Job Title: Pre-Sales Engineer (Female)

Responsibilities:
- Provide Technical Assistance and Support to Clients and Sales team.
-Create and maintain accurate sales invoices, ensuring that all transactions are properly documented and processed in a timely manner.
-Monitor and manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and updating stock records to ensure adequate product availability.
-Collaborate closely with the technical sales team to understand client requirements, provide product information, and assist in preparing technical documentation.
-Generate and deliver quotations to clients in a clear and professional manner, addressing client inquiries and providing pricing details.
-Assist in coordinating sales activities, including order processing, shipment tracking, and post-sales support.
-Maintain open and effective communication with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues.
Requirement:
-Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering
-Strong understanding of Electrical components, LV Panel, control systems, and automation technologies.
-Excellent communication and computer software skills.
