Dev Dimensions is on the hunt for a talented Principal Software Engineer to drive innovation and lead the tech vision!
Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
• Act as a key liaison between development teams and clients, effectively managing expectations and understanding requirements.
• Oversee and guide the entire software development lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and project timelines.
• Solve complex problems, provide technical expertise, and make informed decisions to optimize performance, security, and maintainability.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable, high-performance applications using Python and Django.
• Manage, optimize, and maintain Mongo DB, My SQL, and other database technologies for efficient data handling and performance.
  
• Implement and maintain AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) to enhance application scalability, performance, and security.
• Solve complex technical problems, making informed decisions to resolve issues and improve processes across projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking to improve architecture, code quality, and processes.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python and Django.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) in production environments.
• Strong experience in Linux system administration and shell scripting.
• Proven leadership ability, with experience leading and inspiring development teams.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on optimizing processes and delivering high-quality software.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining software quality and performance standards.
