Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly on Upwork and other freelancing platforms, to meet the companys growth objectives.
- Develop and execute effective business growth strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities for business expansion.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the company's capabilities and offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and deliverables.
- Continuously monitor business performance and suggest improvements or new approaches to drive sales and growth.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring that both parties' expectations are met and aligned.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a business development role, ideally within the tech or software development industry.
- Demonstrated success as an Upwork Bidder, with a track record of winning bids and securing projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify and develop strategic partnerships to foster business growth.
- Solid understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape.
- Experience in creating and executing business growth strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business opportunities and challenges.
Job Time: 6pm - 3am
