About Us:
Deploy - Sparx Smartphone is seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of our mobile phone products. You will play a key role in shaping product strategy, managing cross-functional teams, and driving innovation in the telecommunications industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Roadmap:
Develop and execute product strategies and maintain roadmaps aligned with company goals.
Market Research:
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to inform product development.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring products from concept to launch.
Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Feature Prioritization:
Define and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business objectives.
Go-to-Market:
Work with sales and marketing to create and implement effective launch strategies.
Performance Monitoring:
Track product performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Customer Feedback:
Use customer insights to drive product enhancements.
Skills:
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Understanding of mobile technology and software development
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused mindset
- Effective time management
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in telecommunications or mobile phones
- Demonstrated ability to manage product development from concept to launch
