Role Description
This is a full-time Remote role for a project manager (IT blockchain projects) at Evola Labs in Islamabad, with flexibility for some remote work. The project manager will be responsible for overseeing IT blockchain projects, managing project timelines, resources, and budgets, and ensuring successful project delivery. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating project updates, and implementing project planning and execution strategies.

• Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
• Understanding of Blockchain technology
• Certifications in Project Management or related fields

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or relevant field
Project Manager :

• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese and English; skilled in bridging communication between diverse teams.(Reading + Writing ++ Speaking ) Essential
• Blockchain Expertise: Managed blockchain projects, smart contracts, DApps, and protocols.
• Cross-Cultural Communication: Navigated business practices between China and Pakistan for smooth collaboration.
• Project Planning & Execution: Created and managed project plans, scope, milestones, and resources efficiently.
• Stakeholder Management: Engaged and managed stakeholders from technical teams to executives.
• Risk Management: identified and mitigated risks in blockchain projects, adapting to fast-evolving challenges.
• Team leadership: guided multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Agile Methodologies: led Scrum teams, facilitated Agile ceremonies, and delivered iterative project components.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid grasp of blockchain technologies, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and decision-making under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
Experience:

• Blockchain project management: 4 years (Required)
• IT Blockchain Project Leadership: 4 years (Required)
