Job Title: Project Planner

Responsibilities:
· Create detailed project plans and schedules, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
· Develop resource allocation plans to optimize manpower, equipment, and materials.
· Track and report project progress, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
· Update schedules based on project changes, resource shifts, or unforeseen challenges.
· Identify potential risks and delays, proposing mitigation strategies to minimize impacts.
· Work with project managers and team leads to integrate schedules across departments.
· Facilitate regular meetings to review progress and adjust plans as needed.
· Communicate updates, risks, and solutions clearly to stakeholders and management.
· Conduct risk analysis for potential scheduling conflicts and resource shortages.
· Develop contingency plans to address identified risks and maintain project continuity.
· Maintain accurate records of project plans, updates, and modifications.
· Generate and present detailed progress reports to stakeholders

Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
· Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), or equivalent certifications.
