Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality of our products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective testing strategies, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts
- Identify, report, and track defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues
- Conduct manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing
- Participate in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and design
- Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance engineering or a related field
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud-based testing platforms and tools
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python)
- Certification in QA or a related field (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE)
