Role Description
As a Real Estate Sales Agent at Araazi Investments, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and closing deals. You will be the face of Araazi Investments, representing our values of trust, transparency, and excellence.
Key Responsabilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored real estate investment solutions.
- Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and other lead generation methods. Convert leads into sales by effectively presenting Araazi Investments' portfolio and services.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and other relevant industry information to offer knowledgeable advice to clients and stay competitive in the market.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Araazi Investments' products and services, including residential and commercial properties, land acquisitions, and development projects.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure a seamless transaction process for clients. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
