• To work in collaboration with Educational Institutes to identify opportunities to streamline hiring needs
• Identify opportunities to work with others to strategically increase word of mouth
• Initial screening of applicants
• Job postings on online job portals
• Implement and manage plans that drive employer brand awareness and attract candidates
• Provide flexibility, agility, and urgency in responding to the needs of the recruitment department
• Monitor and share effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media campaigns
• Regularly analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results and make targeted improvements as needed
• Design new campaigns to increase the application flow on all channels
• Headhunting of potential candidates on different channels
• To work simultaneously with the Talent Acquisition team and meet the daily progressions
