Position Title: Management Trainee Officer (MTO) - Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Location: Karachi
Role Overview: The MTO in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition will undergo a structured training program designed to develop skills in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies. The role involves supporting the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while learning the intricacies of talent management in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Screening:

• Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.

Interview Coordination:

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare interview agendas and gather necessary documentation for interview panels.

Candidate Engagement:

• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.

Database Management:

• Update and manage the recruitment database with candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction.

Job Posting and Advertisement:

• Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
• Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and accurately reflect the roles being recruited for.

Onboarding Support:

• Help coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of offer letters and orientation schedules.
• Ensure all pre-employment checks are completed before the start date.

Market Research:

• Conduct research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.

Learning and Development:

• Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
• Shadow experienced recruiters and HR professionals to gain hands-on experience.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
