The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter will be responsible for managing and executing the recruitment process to attract, identify, and hire the best candidates for various positions within IPS Pakistan. You will collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and other platforms to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Screen and assess candidates for required skills, cultural fit, and experience to ensure a quality hire.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs through proactive sourcing efforts.
• Track and maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and outcomes.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing communications and providing timely feedback.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously improving recruitment efforts.
• Assist in employer branding efforts to attract talent by promoting the company’s values, culture, and mission.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to recruiting and hiring processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategies.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
• Experience recruiting in Healthcare and Construction is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in employer branding initiatives.
• Certification in talent acquisition or human resources is a plus (e.g., SHRM, PHR).
• Experience recruiting for technical or specialized roles.
