Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and other platforms to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Screen and assess candidates for required skills, cultural fit, and experience to ensure a quality hire.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs through proactive sourcing efforts.
- Track and maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and outcomes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing communications and providing timely feedback.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously improving recruitment efforts.
- Assist in employer branding efforts to attract talent by promoting the company’s values, culture, and mission.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to recruiting and hiring processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
- Experience recruiting in Healthcare and Construction is a plus.
- Experience in employer branding initiatives.
- Certification in talent acquisition or human resources is a plus (e.g., SHRM, PHR).
- Experience recruiting for technical or specialized roles.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
