Position: Manager Operations
Job Responsibilities:
In this leadership role you will be focusing on SALES & OPERATIONS & TEAM MANAGEMENT, you will be at the forefront of our business, responsible for driving sales and managing overall sales operations. Your key responsibilities include:
Sales Leadership:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
• Lead the sales team in achieving and exceeding targets.

Client Relationship Management:

• Onboard new clients and ensure a seamless transition into our services.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Sales Operations:

• Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide hands-on guidance to the sales team, setting and monitoring performance metrics.

Marketing Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with branding and promotional activities.
• Contribute insights for the development of marketing campaigns.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and execute strategic plans for sales growth and market expansion.
• Identify opportunities for product/service enhancements based on market trends.

Team Development:

• Foster a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and achievement within the sales team.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance team performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in a USA based franchise or service-oriented industry.
• Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills.
• Strong English Communication skills are must with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and achieve sales targets.
• Familiarity with the Texas business landscape is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
