Position Overview:
Iberianz is a dynamic and innovative Group of Companies specializing in Ecommerce industry (US Based). We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Ecommerce Interns to join our team and contribute to the exciting world of online retail.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and updating product listings on various ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Walmart etc.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for product descriptions.
• Support customer service activities, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Analyze and report on key ecommerce metrics, providing insights for improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and contribute ideas for enhancing the online shopping experience.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of ecommerce platforms (Amazon, e Bay, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
