H.R Officer - Payroll & Operations

Location: Karachi
Area of Responsibilities
To execute timely and error-free monthly payroll activities, including but not limited to:
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the collection and compilation of monthly payroll changes.
- Ensure strong follow-up with stakeholders for the timely closure of payroll activities.
- Review and rectify erroneous data in close coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and error-free computations of monthly adjustments for new hires, resignations, promotions, and attendance-based allowances.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of SAP HCM and Employee Central modules with relevant payroll data.
- Extract payroll reports for reconciliation purposes.
- Prepare monthly payroll reconciliation summaries, incorporating the financial impact of payroll changes.
- Ensure reconciliation of employee headcount aligned with monthly additions and deletions.
- Compile payroll data, financial reconciliation summaries, and necessary approvals for audit purposes.
- Manage the records of current and ex-employees.
- Prepare offer, confirmation, and experience letters, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain employee data in both hard copy and the internal database.
- Track employee leave data and approvals.
- Ensure confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
- Assist HRBP in updating and documenting HR policies and procedures.
- Responsible for staff bank account openings.
- Ensure smooth attendance management.
- Issue disciplinary letters for tardiness, half-days, and absenteeism.
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Accounts, or BBA).
- Proficiency in Excel is a must.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Flow HCM (HRMS) is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs50,000.00 per month
