Field Education Officer Required

Field Education officer JDS:
- Facilitate the establishment of new RGW schools.
- Support the teachers in the formation of mother committees and supervise the training of MC on their roles and responsibilities.
- Ensure provision of school books, uniforms, and other supplies with the support of Admin and Logistics through proper requisition form duly signed by the Education Coordinator.
- Plan and execute activities including the objective of the visit, visit plans, requisition for the vehicle, and reporting to Education Coordinator.
- Visits all RGW schools for ensuring the provision of quality education and supervising teachers to teach according to laid down course content and guidelines.
- Ensure teachers' and students' attendance, check and sign the attendance registers on each visit with comments.
- Mobilize Mother Committees and community elders through community mobilization sessions to enroll OOS girls in primary and secondary education.
- Assist the Education Coordinator in regular visits to RGW schools.
- Facilitate teachers in classroom management, awareness about cleanliness/ personal hygiene, and initiating co-curriculum activities.
- Evaluate and report on the work of teachers and the progress of the teaching of the centers;rd Se
- Evaluate and ensure the quality and standards of teaching and learning in centers
- Evaluating and ensuring the quality and standards of teaching and learning in centers
- Facilitate biannual assessment to gauge improvement in learning capacity, writing skills, and reading amongst the students.
- Field Education Officer will collect and validate student's data.
- Field Education Officer will ensure proper record keeping of all program activities related to activities.
- Submission of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to Project Coordinator.
- Any other duties according to the exigencies of the management
- Minimum BA Qualification
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
- Understands the concept of girl education and girl enrollment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
