Position: Regional Sales Manager
Location: All Over Pakistan.

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager with a background in branchless banking or telecommunications to drive our company’s sales growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-oriented team player with a strong track record in expanding market potential.
Key Responsibilities:

• Franchise and Retailer Onboarding:
• Onboard new franchise partners and retailers, ensuring they are equipped and aligned with company standards.
• Team Management:
• Hire, train, and supervise BDO staff and the Franchise sales team in your assigned territory.
• Maintain records of company assets used in retail operations, such as biometric devices, debit card swipers, and stationery.
• Sales Target Management:
• Set and monitor sales targets for the Franchise sales team, assisting in achieving these goals with the support of tag retailers.
• Track and enhance team performance, motivating members to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Customer Engagement:
• Travel within your assigned area to engage potential and existing customers, present company offerings, and build brand awareness.
• Use various communication channels (outbound calls, emails, face-to-face meetings) to boost sales and improve relationships with Franchise and retail partners.
• Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with Franchise and retail partners to ensure smooth business operations.
• Implement effective sales management processes to help the team prioritize and target key retailers.
• Sales Strategy and Development:
• Create and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Provide ongoing training and motivation to sales associates to ensure effective sales management and goal achievement.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with company, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversee additional tasks assigned by senior management and gather customer feedback and market research for further analysis.
