We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager to join our team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities and prospects through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Understand clients’ needs and objectives and propose solutions or products to meet their requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services and resolution of client issues.
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, pipeline, and client feedback.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in [insert industry].
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
