We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager to join our team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager to join our team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and prospects through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Understand clients’ needs and objectives and propose solutions or products to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services and resolution of client issues.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, pipeline, and client feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in [insert industry].
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
