RFP- 147 Feasibility Study for E-Invoicing Aggregation in Pakistan

2. Karandaaz Pakistan invites sealed proposals from interested and eligible bidders. Further details on the Services required are provided in the Terms of Reference (Section 4 of RFP).
- The bidder will be selected, in accordance with the Procurement Policies and Procedures of Karandaaz Pakistan (the “KRN Policy and Procedures”). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency in terms and conditions of the RFP and the KRN Policy and Procedures, the KRN Policy and Procedures shall prevail.
5. An award will be made based on the Quality and Cost based selection.
6. This RFP is only an invitation to the prospective Bidders to submit their proposal. It primarily contains indicative terms for the Bidders to submit their proposals and does not confer any rights to the Bidders. Any information contained in the RFP or provided to the Bidders is on the terms and conditions set out in this RFP. Karandaaz is providing this RFP without any warranty or representation, express or implied, as to its content, its accuracy or completeness and may at its absolute discretion, but without being under any obligation to do so, update, amend or supplement the information of this RFP. Each Bidder shall be responsible for conducting its own investigation and analysis and should check the accuracy, reliability and completeness of this RFP and where necessary obtain independent advice. In case of conflict between the provisions of this RFP and Addendum(s) to the RFP, the provisions of this RFP shall prevail unless stated otherwise. In case of any conflict between the provisions of this RFP, the decision of the Purchaser shall be final regarding the overriding effect of the respective provision.

7. Both technical and financial proposals must be submitted in a hard copy and electronically through email with subject: “Feasibility Study for E-Invoicing Aggregation in Pakistan” before 5 PM Pakistan Standard Time on 23rd October, 2024. Bidders must prepare one hard copy of the technical proposal and one hard copy of the financial proposal, and submit them in separate sealed envelopes to the attention of ‘The Procurement Department’ 1-E, Ali Plaza, D Chowk, Mezzanine Floor, Nazimuddin Road, Blue Area, Islamabad, Pakistan. Bidders MUST also submit electronic copies of technical & financial proposals through email at procurement@karandaaz.com.pk. Bidders must also submit password protected electronic copies of financial proposal. Password for financial proposal will be requested by Karandaaz procurement department at the time of financial opening (if needed).
Soft copy of the bids/proposals shall be considered in case of any discrepancy found with hardcopy.
