Jhpiego intends to call for Sealed Quotation for supply of following items at Sindh- Pakistan. Please read below mentioned detailed description of items with detailed terms & conditions mentioned below before submission of your sealed quotation.

Grand Total including
- Total Quantity of Solar Systems will be 27 Units. Above items represent 01 Unit.
- Delivery locations and installation of solar system will be 04 Districts of Sindh (Larkana, Shikarpur, Qambar Sehdad Kot & Dadu ) Designated Health Facilities owned by Government Department.
- Kindly include the transportation/delivery and installation cost in your quotation, if applicable for delivery of above-mentioned items in aforementioned locations according. All applicable taxes should be included in quotation.
- Item wise distribution plan will be shared later to selected vendor.
- Jhpiego may split the awards based on best value for money.
- Sealed Quotation must be submitted on company/organization’s original letterhead with signatures, date and company stamp.
- Quotation submitted through email and late submissions will not be considered.
- NTN and RFQ Reference number should be mentioned on quotation.
- Quotation validity must be 45 days from date of submission.
- Complete description/specifications of the goods/services
- Unit price must be quoted separately for each item/service
- GST taxes must be mentioned separately item wise, if applicable
- Withholding tax will be deducted from invoice as per applicable tax law of Govt. of Pakistan
- Rates should be quoted in local currency.
- Delivery time/schedule of supplies must be clearly specified.
- Warranty must be specified.
- Samples may be obtained from qualified vendors.
- Payment will be made through wire transfer within 1 month after delivery of items, inspection, acceptance and submission of Invoice to Jhpiego Islamabad.
- Incomplete or partial bidding is not allowed.
- Jhpiego reserves the right to accept or reject any bid/proposal with or without assigning any reason.
- Jhpiego reserves the right to add/reduce quantities.
- PO will be issued to the supplier, who’s sample are approved by the Jhpiego.
- Detail Terms & Condition of the Purchase Order are attached with this RFQ as Annex-A.
- Sealed quotations should be submitted by hand or through courier at address mentioned above by COB September 24, 2024.
