Job Description
The Consultant for Qualitative data analysis and report writing will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Transcribe audio recordings accurately, ensuring that the transcriptions are clear, complete, and true to the original content.
• Literature reviews relevant to the topic for referencing
• Develop and maintain compiled data sheet for coding and categorizing qualitative data into themes and sub-themes.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of qualitative data, including, transcripts, and coded themes.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection guidelines.
• Prepare summaries and reports based on the thematic analysis and desk review .
• Communicate regularly with the supervisor to provide updates on progress and seek guidance when necessary.

Deliverables

• 15-20 audio transcriptions
• 15-20 Urdu to English translations
• Theme Extraction from Literature Review, KIIs.
• Data consolidation
• Data analysis
• Research report writing
• Presentation of the report

Selection Criteria:

• A university degree in Research, Social Sciences, Public Health, Anthropology, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in qualitative research, particularly in data consolidation, transcription, translation, and quantitative and qualitative thematic analysis.
• Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods and tools.
• Proficiency in Urdu and English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of accuracy.
• Experience in conducting desk reviews and summarizing findings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Payment and Working Schedule:
Payments will be structured based on deliverables and will be disbursed upon the successful completion of all assigned deliverables.
