Job Title: Sales Agent - Call Center

Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and results-oriented Sales Agents to join our growing call center team in Pakistan. As a Sales Agent, your primary role will involve making outbound calls to potential clients, addressing their needs, and securing sales. If you have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a goal-oriented mindset, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
• Respond promptly to leads and inquiries.
• Deliver excellent customer service both during and after the sales process.
• Keep up with product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales or a call center role is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage customer objections and close sales effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and other call center tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
