As a Sales Design Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through our showroom experience, understanding their design preferences and needs, and recommending products and solutions that best fit their style and budget. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and exceeding customer expectations.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Position Overview:
As a Sales Design Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through our showroom experience, understanding their design preferences and needs, and recommending products and solutions that best fit their style and budget. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage clients in our showroom, providing personalized consultations and building rapport.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their design requirements, style preferences, and functional needs for their space.
- Listen to client needs and preferences to recommend furniture pieces, home décor items, and design solutions that align with their vision.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, materials, and furnishings to recommend appropriate products that suit clients' aesthetic and practical requirements.
- Create inspiring and visually appealing presentations to showcase product options and design concepts.
- Utilize industry-leading software such as Auto CAD or Rhino 3D to create detailed 3D models of interior spaces, furniture, fixtures, and other design elements.
- Produce photorealistic renderings of 3D models using rendering software like PCon or Key Shot, applying lighting, textures, and materials to achieve lifelike visualizations.
- Draft precise technical drawings after 3D modeling products to ensure accurate manufacturing in the later stages.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase 3D renderings, effectively communicating design concepts and ideas.
- Collaborate with clients throughout the design process, from initial consultation to final purchase, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and sales promotions. Utilize various marketing channels to attract customers and drive foot traffic to the store.
- Work closely with visual merchandising teams to ensure that the store layout, product displays, and signage effectively showcase furniture products and promote sales.
- Propose new design series after thorough market research and visually implement them using multiple presentation software like Canva.
- Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to integrate 3D visualizations into design proposals and presentations, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders in the furniture industry.
- Broaden the company’s offering by venturing into non-standard sales to meet the requirements of the clients, manage and oversee various design processes to ensure proper presentation is shared with the client.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
- Inter/Bachelors. Must be able to read and understand drawings.
- Proficient in 2D and 3D rendering.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the interior design, furniture, or home décor industry.
- Passion for interior design and a strong sense of style; formal training or education in interior design is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Auto CAD, Sketch Up, 3-D Max, Vray) is advantageous.
