Digital Mindset, a leading provider of E-commerce & Amazon services, is growing! We're looking for driven, energetic Client Acquisition Specialist to expand our UK market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential customers to introduce and promote our digital marketing and Amazon services.
Develop an in-depth understanding of our services to confidently pitch them to potential leads.
Leverage your calling skills to generate warm leads and nurture relationships with new prospects.
Follow up and conduct quality checks with existing customers, ensuring timely responses and support until final decisions are made.
Manage all leads using our online CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Report daily to your manager to keep the team informed of your progress and successes.
Close deals effectively and onboard customers with a positive, customer-first approach.
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum required).
• Experience: Previous experience in sales, especially in international markets or a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills; a customer-centric approach is essential.
• Work Style: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability: Flexible and able to adjust to changing business needs and priorities.
