Job Summary:
Cryptical Software House is hiring for the position of Sales Executive (Chat Based) for night shift. As a Sales Executive (Chat-based), you will generate and close new opportunities, and find qualified leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers, by taking a consultative approach to selling.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop effective sales strategies & practices to achieve individual and sales targets & further increase them
Build new business relationships with potential customer
Understanding clients' requirements and propose solutions accordingly
Meet monthly sales targets and daily reach targets within the working hours
Promote and market sale services using social media platforms; such as, Linked In, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
Identify new sales possibilities and inform the team leader about them
Reach clients and provide detailed information on services, quotations, prices, and time of delivery to clients
Dealing with day-to-day client issues and meeting their needs (new and current clients)
Following up with new clients to improve revenue
Desirable Skills:
International sales experience in dealing with English-speaking B2B & B2C clients
Can meet the Target of $3500-$5000.
Strong communication skills in listening, speaking & writing.
Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as effective negotiation strategies
Superior time management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines
Able to find new customers and increase customers database
